PureGreen Landscaping
Process

The PureGreen process

From consultation to completion.

Every engagement follows a documented sequence of six phases. The result is predictable timelines, transparent pricing, and consistent execution from one project to the next.

Site consultation.
01

Site consultation.

An on-site visit to assess the property, understand your objectives, and document the conditions that will inform the design. Drainage, slope, soil, sun exposure, and existing vegetation are evaluated alongside how the space is intended to function.

Design and scope.
02

Design and scope.

The consultation is translated into a detailed scope of work. Materials, dimensions, sequencing, and any required phasing are clearly defined. When a project benefits from being phased over time, that recommendation is made up front.

Itemized proposal.
03

Itemized proposal.

A written proposal is delivered with line-item pricing for each phase and material selection. Value engineering options are presented transparently so you can evaluate scope against budget.

Scheduling and procurement.
04

Scheduling and procurement.

Once approved, materials are ordered, permits are pulled where required, and utility locates are scheduled. You receive a confirmed start date, daily schedule, and points of contact before mobilization.

Construction.
05

Construction.

The project is built by the same team that prepared the proposal. Base preparation, compaction, and drainage installation are documented with progress photography. The site is secured and cleaned at the close of every workday.

Final inspection.
06

Final inspection.

A walkthrough is conducted at completion to review the finished work, deliver care documentation, and address any punch-list items. Subsequent items are resolved within the same week.
