How we work
The five-step process.
Design the layout
We mark out shape, traffic flow, and elevation relative to the house and yard so the finished space feels like a room, not an afterthought.
Excavate to depth
We dig to a depth that lets us install proper base, not just enough to fit pavers. Shortcuts here cause settling later.
Build the base
Geotextile fabric, compacted aggregate in lifts, and screeded bedding sand or stone create the platform pavers live on.
Install the surface
Pavers or stone are set, cut, and locked in with edge restraint. Patterns are laid out so cuts land where they look intentional.
Joint and finish
Polymeric jointing locks the surface, resists weeds, and stays stable through freeze and thaw cycles.
Frequently asked
Questions about patios.
How long does a patio installation take?
Most residential patios finish in three to seven working days, depending on size, complexity, and weather.
Pavers, stone, or concrete?
Pavers offer the best long-term flexibility, repairability, and value. Natural stone is the premium look. Stamped concrete is the lowest cost up front. We walk you through trade-offs honestly.
Will the pavers shift over time?
Not if the base is right. We over-build the base, use proper edge restraint, and joint with polymeric sand so the surface stays locked for years.
